Colin Daly is a GREAT service advisor. He is very up front about things that may need attention or simply should be considered ASAP. I am very happy with his attention to detail and always ask for him when I'm bringing any of my vehicles into the dealership for any kind of service.

Repair duration took longer than planned. Vince provided me with a loan vehicle. There were issues noticed within 24 hours of the repair. Vince had a technician inspect and the result is that I have another service appointment.
Campbell Ford Mobile and Fleet services make getting our vehicles serviced easier than picking up a gallon of milk.
I've had bad luck with in house service, but mobil service is good. The end.

Just a couple of glitches but otherwise great. Chris Gamez was an excellent mechanic. I still have not received a quote on fixing the lock on the sliding passenger side door though.
I have been extremely happy with the service at campbell Ford dealership the next time I shop for a new Ford truck I will highly consider campbell Ford. I bought my 2021 king ranch in wayland Michigan only because of all the chip shortages at that time and no body had any inventory at that time so I jumped on it when I could but would rather have bought locally but no body had what I wanted and had one on order for almost seven months.

I was not happy with the following:
A week previous to "The Works Service", I called the service dept. twice and left two messages with my phone number and there was no return call. I was concerned because of the alert on the Escape's screen and wanted some information.
After the oil change, I checked to see if the service person has reset the oil %, which he didn't. I told Colin Daly and he reset the oil % to 1005.

Great experience. They made it so easy for me to return and pick up the car.
Dealership was responsive but current software patches did not fix the problem. New patch to be released at end of May.
Our technician arrived early, diagnosed the problem quickly, and replaced the needed part. He was great!
