technician was 45 minutes late. after 30 minutes I called the mobile service department. No answer, unable to leave a message as voicemail full. Upon tech's arrival, I had to leave home and let technician do his thing. He left no paperwork showing that recall work had been done. Checked my Ford app and all it says is service done by Campbell Ford on 3/26. Nothing about what was done. Also, tech came to my home on 3/28, not 3/26.

My car quit on me in the Belle Tire parking lot and they gave me a $10,000 estimate because they said I needed a new engine. I absolutely panicked and had my car towed to Campbell Ford; the best idea I could have possibly had! Gene called me back so quickly and let me know that my engine was actually fine, but there was a part that needed to be replaced. Under warranty but I had a deductible of $100. We bought a 2024 brand new truck at the end of February and the locks on the drivers door did not work. It was in the shop until yesterday (almost 2 weeks) we drove it about a mile and tried to roll the window down and it would not go back up automatically. Then we checked the number locks and it would not work. So we have now paid 2 months payment and have only drove the truck for like 2 weeks.

Overall, I was very pleased with Campbell Ford. Since I only needed an oil change, I tried to get an appointment for the mobile service. I went online to schedule, and shortly after I did, I got a phone call saying the time I scheduled was unavailable and the website was not properly synced with the van's schedule, which made I wound up going to the dealership due to my schedule and availability of the mobile service. Everything went fine, and the communication was good. Other than the glitch just mentioned, everything went fine.

Simple oil change, nothing fancy. But they gave me an expected time and were on point. It's a little thing but greatly appreciated.

The oil change was good. For them to check the Battery it takes three hours. Thought there would be a better way to check if your battery is good without it taking three hours. Maybe put a loaner battery in or something like that.

Campbell Ford contacted me over a recall. They scheduled an appointment for a Saturday morning and they never showed up. I had moved the car into a heated garage so that it wouldn’t be cold for the technician. They did not have the decency to call or show up on the schedule day it’s unlikely I will ever do business with Campbell Ford again.

The service center lacks in communication, they also seem to have no confidence in fixing ongoing issues. Brought my truck in 5 times for the same check engine light, finally reached out to Ford to get some help and by that time Campbell Ford suggested I find another repair shop. Would not recommend taking your vehicle here.

Drop the ball on everything. From ordering my part to the repair of my suv. 3 months on waiting for a part that they had in stock after a month and never called. Said it would take 1 day to fix the car but it took 4 and comes back with a dent in the door. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! This was there second chance and I will never go back.
