I Scheduled an appointment for diagnostic and repair as my car wouldn’t start. I chose Campbell because there was a good chance the problem was caused by an issue covered under a recall/extended warranty Ford issued on my model. The salesman and finance manager did a fantastic job working with us to get us into the car we wanted. The dealership is great and has a great reputation, which is why we chose Campbell Ford. My only complaint is that I would have thought a $25k vehicle would come standard with at least a half tank of gas and a fresh oil change. I would still recommend Campbell Ford because, so far, working with them has been great!
The technician was on time. He explained everything and was very pleasant to talk with as he made the repairs on my truck. The entire experience was so easy and convenient. I have never had service like this before, it was absolutely great!!

No one ever contacted us about our vehicle being worked on in the body shop we had to call even after it was done we paid and never even got a thank you they supposedly replaced the taill gate but they put the old windshield wiper back on there not very good at keeping you updated as to what's going on at all

Having a tree fall on your F150 is not a good thing, but the folks at the Campbell Collision center got the vehicle repaired and repainted quickly, and we're already back on the road. We appreciated the quick turnaround, and also the dealerships ability to perform a needed oil change while the vehicle was there.

The work they quoted was done in a timely manner and was done as expected, the staff was very pleasant.
They are professional and always do a good job. Went in for a tire check, they found a nail and fixed it and even washed my vehicle! Had some questions about software updates and my navigation system, they checked it out and all was good.

Sent my car in to get an oil change and tire rotation or at least that’s what the paperwork says. I got the truck back and the tires weren’t rotated…… so I called the service department twice and never got a call back. Definitely breaking trust of a dealership I’ve done business with for close to 10 yrs. Might be on the look out for a new place to get my truck serviced!

The salesman was very helpful in showing the vehicle while answering all my questions. This was the first hybrid vehicle that I have driven, so Ronnie explained all the controls and allowed me to learn how to drive the SEV at my own speed.

I brought my f250 there for a new key. Through no fault of the local staff, they could not complete the work due to a Ford wide computer failure. I can’t remember the name but the customer service employee contacted me before I left and offered to have a mobile crew come to my home, about 25 miles away, next day. The mobile crew came out about 8:00am next morning and completed the work. Outstanding! I will take my truck to Campbell instead of Seimams even though I live within 3 mile of that dealership.
Always prompt and friendly. Haven’t had any issues. Nice waiting area with drinks, snacks, charging and laptop stations and kids play area.
