Keaton was very friendly and helpful. We find the Maverick info system to be very complex. Keaton helped with the basics and told us to bring it in any time that we need help. The other staff what we came in contact with were also friendly and helpful. The free car washes are a nice bonus.
Friendly group, like many dealerships that are trying to sell you something. Overall it was an easy process. My initial request of wanting to look for a comparable vehicle before finally deciding on purchase did not get a lot of traction, and I felt like they took an easier route by just telling me to purchase my vehicle. I also feel like they pushed the addons/extended warranties during the financial walk through. I would work with them again, though, I would ask more questions and be a bit firmer on what I want next time around.
Everyone there is very polite. It was clean no pressure Quick easy pleasurable experience., I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle!!

Our experience with Campbell Ford was amazing. We researched cars and dealerships for months for our 16 year old twins. In the end, it came down to trust, price, and confidence in the reliability of the car. The 2 1/2 hour drive from Indianapolis was beyond worth it and Corey was fantastic to work with.
